These terms apply to BeachFinder, a mobile app and website for discovering beaches, lakes and swimming spots. By using BeachFinder, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
BeachFinder provides discovery, weather, marine and safety-estimate information for convenience only. Conditions can change quickly. Always follow lifeguards, local authorities, official signs, weather alerts, water-quality notices and your own judgement. BeachFinder is not an emergency service.
You may use many features without creating a personal account. Some features, such as restoring purchases, submitting content, saving cloud data or contacting support, may require authentication.
Final prices, taxes, renewal terms, trials and cancellation rules are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings.
If you submit photos, ratings, reviews, feedback or spot suggestions, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate privacy, image rights, intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
BeachFinder uses third-party services for maps, weather, photos, payments, hosting, monitoring and external links. Third-party content and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We may change, pause or discontinue features, providers, prices, free limits or Premium offers. We will not reduce already purchased access except where required by law, store rules, fraud prevention or technical necessity.
BeachFinder is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, unsafe swimming decisions, third-party data errors, outages or user-submitted content.
