The absence of mass tourist facilities results from the informal protection of the site: local landowners historically limited direct road access, thus preserving the fragile ecological balance of the seagrass meadows offshore. Even today, divers exploring these waters recognize Cala Màrmols as one of the few entry points where coastal marine flora remains intact.
