Bassa Cabots is a sandy beach in Ses Salines, Mallorca, located at approximately 39.32130, 2.98677. Bassa del Cabot, Bassa des Cabot, or Bassa des Cabots may refer to the same area; primarily note a small beach with coarse sand in the Colònia de Sant Jordi. It is situated between the point of sa Bassa des Cabots and the Síquia de la sal, a saltwater canal that connects the sea to the s'Avall salt flats. For today, it is a short and localized option, surrounded by many nearby beaches: Platja d'es Coto is 0.5 km away, Platja des Estanys is 0.7 km, Cala Galiota is 1 km, and several beaches in the port or Peregons around 1 to 1.6 km.
Bassa Cabots is a small option in the Colònia de Sant Jordi, useful if you want to stay between the beach and the salt flats. Its size and coarse sand direct the choice towards a precise stop, with Estanys, Coto, or Galiota as close fallback options.
