El Pescador Beach

About this spot
“El Pescador”（西班牙语意为“渔夫”）这个名字让人联想到加州海岸的航海历史，在20世纪城市扩张之前，这里长期以来由渔民社区主导。这片马里布海岸线从20世纪20年代开始逐渐转变为住宅和旅游目的地，吸引了寻求相对隐居的艺术家和电影制作人。海滩两侧的砂岩悬崖是数百万年海洋和构造侵蚀的结果，形成了一个天然的圆形剧场，太平洋的海浪以一种令人着迷的规律在此拍打。当地居民说，散布在海滩上的岩石过去曾是航海渔民在没有现代仪器的情况下导航的参照点。
