Praia do Carvalho
卡瓦略海滩（Praia do Carvalho）绵延在葡萄牙南部阿尔加维中部海岸，距离法鲁以东约50公里。这段海岸线以直接插入大海的赭石色和红褐色悬崖为特征，点缀着海洋洞穴和壮观的地质构造。这里受地中海影响而变暖的大西洋，海水通常清澈，但受季节影响洋流变化不定。 海滩本身由一条细金沙带组成，可通过一条沿着岩石开凿的陡峭通道进入。与仅在西边0.9公里处且更繁忙的Corredoura海滩（Praia da Corredoura）不同，卡瓦略海滩保留了更隐蔽的氛围。2.3公里外的Barranquinho海滩（Praia do Barranquinho）更容易进入，但景观不那么壮观。该地点直接暴露于大西洋的涌浪，尤其是在冬季，而夏季则条件更温和。环绕它的悬崖在下午晚些时候形成了天然的阴影区。 现场没有旅游设施。海滩没有蓝旗认证，也没有监视。通道在物理上要求很高，不适合行动不便人士。由于附近没有餐饮服务，游客必须提前准备好水和食物。
About this spot
“Carvalho”这个名字在葡萄牙语中意为“橡树”，尽管当地的词源在阿尔加维居民中仍有争议。这片海岸地区形成于赫尔辛尼亚造山运动时期，暴露着可追溯到古生代的岩层，在悬崖壁上尤为明显。历史上，这些海湾曾是小型渔民的避难所，根据当地传统，在19世纪曾被走私者用作藏身之处。拉戈阿当地一位八十多岁的渔民回忆说，他的祖母在低潮时会来这里寻找贝类，如今这一习俗已不多见，但仍有一些沿海家庭在坚持。
