Platja del Racó

Platja del Racó is a beach in Begur, located around 41.98126, 3.20738, to the south of the long coastal section of the bay of Pals. It is described as semi-enclosed, in a semi-urban environment. To the north, it connects to Platja Gran de Pals; to the south, a rocky area leads via the coastal path to Platja de l'Illa Roja. Oriented southeast, it measures 326 meters long with an average width of 59 meters. It is composed of coarse sand and gravel, with a fairly steep entry slope and a sandy bottom featuring some isolated rocks. Dogs are indicated as not allowed. Showers, toilets, lifeguard service, two beach bars, restaurants, and accessible access are mentioned.
