About this spot
살라보(Salavaux)는 그 이름을 지배하는 작은 마을에서 따왔으며, 그 자체로 라틴어 'sala'(홀, 거주지)에서 유래했습니다. 4차 빙하기 빙하의 후퇴로 형성된 뇌샤텔 호수는 오랫동안 그 기슭의 경제와 사회 생활을 형성해 왔습니다. 19세기에는 호수의 자연 해변이 여가 수영을 위해 거의 이용되지 않았습니다. 철도가 도입되고 목욕 문화가 대중화되면서 살라보와 같은 장소가 첫 번째 수영객들을 끌어들이기 시작했습니다. 오늘날에도 이 해변은 표준 관광 경로에서 벗어나 조용한 친숙함을 가진 주민들이 이 공간을 계속 찾는, 이처럼 눈에 띄지 않는 지역적 목적을 유지하고 있습니다.
