About this spot
뉴포트 비치는 남부 캘리포니아의 전형적인 해안 석호 시스템인 뉴포트 만에서 이름을 따왔습니다. 역사적으로 이 지역은 스페인 식민지화 이전에는 통바족의 영토였습니다. 19세기 뉴포트는 어업 및 가축 수출항이 되었고, 이후 요트의 피난처가 되었습니다. 오늘날 이 만은 정박된 요트와 고급 주택으로 유명합니다. 만의 좁은 폭과 얕은 물은 탁 트인 바다의 번잡함과 대조적으로 작은 보트에 이상적인 장소입니다.
