About this spot
톤나라 델 세코라는 이름은 중세 및 근대 시칠리아의 경제 역사와 직접적으로 관련이 있습니다. 톤나레는 참치 어업 및 가공 시설이었으며, 특히 15세기에서 19세기 사이에 시칠리아 해안을 따라 번성했습니다. 다른 많은 곳과 마찬가지로 산업화와 어족 고갈로 점차 쇠퇴했습니다. 해변 뒤쪽에 부분적으로 보존된 옛 공장의 돌담은 이 지나간 경제의 증거입니다. 오늘날 이 장소는 잠긴 유적과 육상 유적을 탐험하는 잠수부와 아마추어 역사가들을 끌어들입니다.
