Praia Fluvial de Mourão

About this spot
穆朗（Mourão）村庄坐落在俯瞰瓜迪亚纳河的高地上，其名字来源于阿拉伯语“mawrān”，意为“棕色”或“赤褐色”，可能让人联想到阿连特茹地区赭色的土地。这片地区长期以来是基督教王国和穆斯林王国之间的争议边界，保留了这段动荡历史的痕迹：从河岸可以看到的蒙萨拉兹城堡（Monsaraz）就是证明。河滨海滩本身代表了河流的一种古老用途，当地居民曾在此消暑和洗衣服。直到20世纪70年代，在下游阿尔克瓦大坝（Alqueva dam）建成之前，瓜迪亚纳河曾经历过壮观的洪水，将该地区变成季节性洪水区；如今，受管制的河流提供了有利于沐浴的稳定性。
