Plage Galgamiz stretches along the Algerian Mediterranean coast, in the immediate vicinity of the country's northern coastal region. Its coordinates place it in a coastal area marked by the alternation of coves and rocky outcrops typical of this part of the Mediterranean. The shore, consisting of pebbles, characterizes this section of the coastline where neighboring beaches – Plage El Radma 0.8 km away and Plage Coucha 1.3 km away – share the same mineral composition, forming a homogeneous coastal ensemble dominated by small stones smoothed by the waves. Upon accessing the beach, visitors discover a strip of gray and white pebbles that gradually slopes down to deep blue water. The absence of fine sand contrasts with more touristy Mediterranean beaches, giving this place a rawer, less developed character. The slope is moderate, allowing for a gradual entry into the water.
